Waste assessments can vary in scope from an entire organization or community to a single kitchen or a commissary. They are a great way to visually and tangibly understand baseline data around current waste production, and help you know what to prioritize when implementing a waste reduction program.

By analyzing your assessment data, we are able to identify and prioritize landfill diversion activities such as: waste reduction, cost savings, procurement alternatives, “green”/sustainable marketing, infrastructure, training, and more.
